Nedda May is a multidisciplinary artist from the Southern Alberta prairies, of Treaty 7 Blackfoot territory. Nedda currently lives in Vancouver on the unceded territories of the Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-Waututh nations. Through her work Nedda seeks to elicit the transcendent qualities entangled within the material processes of field recording, drawing, and metalworking. Nedda is currently a BFA student at Emily Carr University of Art + Design and a candidate for graduation in spring of 2025.
