Nedda May is an interdisciplinary artist from the Southern Alberta prairies, of Treaty 7 Blackfoot territory. Nedda currently lives in Vancouver on the unceded territories of the Squamish, Musqueam and Tsleil-Waututh nations. Through her work Nedda seeks to elicit the transcendent qualities entangled within the material processes of casting objects, field recording, and metalworking. Nedda holds a BFA in Sculpture + Expanded Practices from Emily Carr University of Art + Design.
